Terms of sale
Terms applying to the purchase of tickets for NAVE 12 events. Completing a purchase means you accept them in full.

Purchase process
Sales take place at eventos.meskrea.com. After payment you will receive your ticket by email, as a PDF with a QR code.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder before contacting us. If it is still missing, write to us with the name and date of purchase and we will resend it.
The purchase is complete once payment is confirmed.
Prices and taxes
Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Any booking fee is itemised before you complete payment.
The ticket
Each ticket allows a single entry. The QR code is invalidated on first scan.
The ticket is personal. The venue may request identification matching the name on the order.
Unauthorised reproduction, duplication or resale entitles the venue to refuse entry without refund.
Right of withdrawal
Under article 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure service contracts provided on a specific date.
In other words: a ticket bought for a dated event cannot be refunded because you changed your mind, exactly as with concerts, theatre or sporting events.
This does not affect the cancellation cases described below.
Cancellation or changes to the event
If the event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the date changes, you may use your ticket on the new date or request a refund.
A change in the line-up or announced artists does not entitle you to a refund provided the event goes ahead.
Entry to the venue
Entry is subject to the admission policy and minimum age published on this site.
A ticket does not guarantee entry if authorised capacity has been reached before you arrive, or if the admission conditions are not met.
Complaints and applicable law
You may address any complaint to hola@nave12.example. Official complaint forms are available at the venue.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
